Lee brings more than a decade of commercial property experience, having worked in the industry since 2012. Before co-founding HEYE Capital, he worked at JLL, a global commercial real estate services and investment management firm, developing extensive expertise in institutional commercial property management. His experience spans major retail developments, complex mixed-use properties and institutional office assets. This includes helping manage a 34-storey A Grade office building on Melbourne’s Collins Street, comprising approximately 50,000 square metres of office space. Working with assets owned by major institutions and investment funds has given Lee a thorough understanding of property operations, financial management, tenant relations and owner reporting. At HEYE Capital, Lee combines institutional standards with the personal attention and flexibility of a boutique firm. He approaches every asset from an owner’s perspective, focusing on rental income, operational performance and long-term value.
