His career spans JLL, a global commercial real estate services and investment management firm, and property ownership and fund management platforms including MPG. This experience gives him a clear understanding of both professional property management and owners’ investment priorities. Kevin’s retail asset management experience includes major developments such as M-City Shopping Centre, with practical expertise in shopping centre operations, leasing strategy, tenant mix, budgeting and asset performance. He brings leasing, financial management and capital expenditure together to identify opportunities to strengthen rental income, improve property performance and protect long-term asset value. Kevin holds a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting and applies rigorous financial analysis to asset strategy and investment decisions. Combining institutional asset management experience with an owner’s perspective, he delivers transparent, commercially focused property and asset management for private commercial property owners and investors.
